Good Evening Wahoos! Starting tomorrow through the 29th of this month, our PTO will have their Krispy Kreme fundraiser. Flyers will be going home tomorrow with students. Tuesday, our Candy Man items will be delivered to school. Parents, you can start picking up your child's items starting at 12 noon until 6pm on Tuesday. You can also come Wednesday from 7:20am to 4:30pm. An adult has to sign off on receiving the items. We ask that all orders are picked up as soon as possible. If you are coming before or after school hours, please go to the side gym door. If you come during school hours, please check-in at the front office. This is a reminder that this Friday is our Father/Kid Glow Party dance from 6pm to 8pm. Again, this is for Winstead Avenue students only. No students should be dropped off. Students should be accompanied by their father figure during this event. We will have glow sticks, food trucks, music, and more. Please come ready to have a great time! Good Afternoon, On November 20th, our second grade teachers will be hosting a literacy lab starting at 5pm in the cafeteria. Please park in the front circle of the school and come through the cafeteria door. It will be marked. Come get your resources to help your child with word reading fluency (WRF). This is an area that all of our students can benefit extra practice from. Door prizes will be included!! (This is designed specifically for second grade.)

Hello Wahoos! We will be sending care packages to soldiers that are deployed in Lithuania. We will be sending cards from the students, Chapsticks, Flavored drink pouches, socks, hard candies, cookies, coffee, toothpaste, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, and any other small items that you think they would enjoy. If you would like to send in any items, please feel free to send them with your child and have them drop it off in the front office. We will have a drop off box in the front office on the back counter. Thank you for your help in making our soldiers smile! (Thank you to Mrs. McGrath's kindergarten class for initiating this.)
